Step 1: Initial Consultation
Introductory Call or Meeting
Upon your initial inquiry, we’ll arrange a video call or in-person meeting (if possible) to get to know you as a couple and hear about your unique wedding vision. During this time, we’ll discuss your style preferences, expectations, and the specific elements of your day you wish to capture. We’ll also share our portfolio and answer any questions you may have.
Proposal & Custom Package Creation
Based on your wedding’s specific requirements, we’ll create a custom photography package tailored to your needs. This package includes details on our full-day coverage options, travel arrangements if needed, additional photographers, and any other special requirements you may have.
Step 2: Pre-Wedding Preparation
Detailed Planning Meeting
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll have a second planning call or meeting to go over the day’s timeline in detail. This helps us coordinate with your wedding planner and other vendors, ensuring that we’re in sync with the schedule and aware of any special moments you want us to focus on.
Site Visit (if possible)
For destination weddings or unique venues, we may visit the location ahead of time to familiarize ourselves with the space and plan for lighting and other logistical details. This also helps us find the best spots for portraits, family photos, and intimate moments.
Step 3: Wedding Day Coverage
Pre-Ceremony Moments
We begin early, capturing candid moments of you and your wedding party preparing for the day. This includes getting-ready shots, detail photos of the wedding attire, and portraits of family and friends.
Ceremony Coverage
With a discreet, documentary-style approach, we’ll capture every special moment of the ceremony—from the emotions on your faces as you walk down the aisle to the reactions of your guests. Our goal is to preserve the atmosphere and emotions authentically.
Portrait Session
After the ceremony, we will conduct a portrait session with just the two of you in stunning locations around the venue. We’ll guide you to create natural, genuine moments, highlighting your connection and the beauty of your surroundings.
Reception & Evening Moments
Throughout the reception, we’ll capture candid shots of speeches, toasts, and dances. We stay until the evening’s last festivities, ensuring that every significant moment is covered, from the first dance to the joyful celebration with your guests.
Step 4: Post-Wedding Editing & Album Design
Professional Photo Selection & Editing
Following your wedding, we carefully review and select the best images to tell the story of your day. Each image is individually edited with a focus on clarity, color, and emotional depth, reflecting the aesthetic quality you expect.
Private Online Gallery
Within 3 months, you’ll receive access to a private, online gallery where you can view and download your professionally edited images. This gallery allows you to share the photos with family and friends and easily order prints.
Custom Album Design
If you’ve chosen an album package, we’ll work with you to design a bespoke photo album. You’ll have the opportunity to select your favorite images, and we’ll craft a beautifully designed layout that captures the narrative of your wedding day. Once approved, your custom album will be printed and delivered as a keepsake.
